إنذار تسونامي بمناطق المحيط الهادي

صدرت تحذيرات للساحل الغربي بالولايات المتحدة بأسره من موجات مد بحري عاتية (تسونامي) قد تضرب المنطقة, كما قال الاتحاد الدولي لجمعيات الهلال الأحمر إن ارتفاع هذه الموجات الناتجة عن الزلزال الهائل الذي ضرب اليابان تجاوز الآن ارتفاع بعض جزر المحيط الهادي مما ينذر بغمر هذه الجزر كليا.

وتجيء هذه التحذيرات في أعقاب الزلزال العنيف الذي وقع اليوم قبالة الساحل الشمالي لليابان والذي لم يشهد هذا البلد مثيلا له منذ 140 عاما.

ونقلت وكالة أسوشيتد برس عن مسؤولين قولهم إن مركز تسوماني بدأ يتسع, مضيفة أن تحذيرات صدرت للساحل الغربي من الولايات المتحدة بأسره وكذلك كندا من الحدود المكسيكية إلى خليج تشيغنك في ألاسكا.

فقد صدرت تحذيرات من تسونامي في كاليفورنيا وألاسكا وأوريغون بالولايات المتحدة.

كما أصدرت وكالة الأرصاد الجوية في إندونيسيا تحذيرا من وقوع أمواج مد عاتية "تسونامي" على مناطق سولاويزي وبابوا وجزر الملوك الساحلية في شرقي البلاد وقالت الوكالة إن تسونامي قد يضرب هذه المناطق حوالي الساعة الحادية عشرة بتوقيت غرينتش.

موقع ويكلكس يعتزم نشر حسابات (حكام عرب) في بنوك سويسرا

في خطوة جريئة كشف مؤسّس موقع ويكيليكس المعروف عن تسلمه قرصين مضغوطين من أحد الصيارفة السويسريين يحتويان على آلاف المستندات السرية حول العمليات المصرفية التي تخص الرؤساء والحكام العرب في البنوك السويسرية،
وتعهد بنشر الوثائق خلال أسابيع قليلة إذا تمكن من تحليلها بالشكل المناسب على حد قوله.

وأكد (جوليان أسانج) مؤسس الموقع أن الوثائق التي حصل عليها بالغة السرية وهي عبارة عن قوائم تضم أسماء عدد من الحكام العرب والمسلمين ، قاموا من جانبهم بعمليات إيداع مبالغ ضخمة في البنوك السويسرية ، والتي تعد الملاذ الآمن لبعضهم ،بل وأصبحت من أهم البنوك العالمية باعتبارها تعمل بقاعدة السر المصرفي، وتميزها بالسرية في الصفقات التجارية للبنوك، واحتفاظها بالطابع السرّي لمعلومات زبائنها، حيث تشير تقديرات إلى أن الأصول المالية غير المعلنة المُودعة في سويسرا تقارب 700 مليار دولار.

وقد ساعد أسانج في هذه العملية الجريئة المصرفي السويسري (رودلف إيلمر) والذي أكد بدوره أنه قام بحذف الأسماء من الوثائق وركز فقط على العمليات، وقال إن ما لديه من مستندات يتناول حسابات أكثر من ألفي عميل، ولكن الرقم الحقيقي للأشخاص الذين تتعلق المستندات بهم، قد يكون أكبر بكثير، بسبب الشراكات التي تربطهم، مؤكداً أن لديه الحق للوقوف ضد ما يراه أمراً غير صائب، حيث تعهد بدوره بمقاضاة النظام المصرفي السويسري أمام محكمة حقوق الإنسان التابعة للاتحاد الأوروبي.

وعلى الرغم من أن الخطوة قد تدفع أولمر للتحقيق أيضا معه بتهم قد تتعلق بإفشاء المعلومات السرية التي يحاسب عليها القانون السويسري بحزم إلا انه دافع عن موقفه بتسريب هذه الوثائق،مؤكداً انه يريد أن يعرف الناس كيف تدار هذه الأمور والنظام الذي يحكمها وكيف أن حركة الأموال إلى مناطق غير خاضعة للرقابة القانونية التي تدمر بدورها المجتمعات.
