مرحلة انتقالية فى تاريخ مصر

إحدى مشكلات مصر الراهنة أنها أصبحت جسدا بلا رأس، وكان الظن بعد الثورة أن المجلس العسكرى يمكن أن يشكل ذلك الرأس، إلا أننا ينبغى أن نعترف بأنه لم ينجح فى القيام بهذا الدور. ليس فقط بدليل التخبط الذى نحن فيه، ولكن أيضا بسبب التكلفة الباهظة التى تحملتها مصر جراء ذلك. فطوال ثمانية أو تسعة أشهر لم يفلح المجلس فى أن يعيد الأمن والاستقرار إلى البلاد، الأمر الذى كانت له تداعياته الاقتصادية الوخيمة، ناهيك عن الأصداء التى خلفتها الفوضى فى أوساط المواطنين العاديين الذين بات يزعجهم كثيرا ذلك الشعور بعدم الأمن. ليس ذلك فحسب وإنما اكتشفنا فى نهاية تلك المدة أن شيئا لم يتغير لا فى السياسة الأمنية التى تشهر فى وجه المجتمع، ولا فى أساليب القمع التى كان من ضحاياها هذا الأسبوع وحده نحو 30 مواطنا غير أكثر من ألف جريح، وفى كل ذلك لم تتوافر للسلطة الشجاعة الكافية سواء للاعتذار عما حدث أو الإشارة إلى القتلة أو محاسبتهم. وكانت النتيجة أن الجيش والشعب لم يعودا «يدا واحدة» كما رددت ذلك هتافات الأسابيع الأولى للثورة. وليتها صارت يدين أو أكثر فقط وإنما أصبحت تلك الأيدى متوترة ومتوجسة، وبينها فجوة من الشك وعدم الثقة، ناهيك أن بعضها صار ملطخا بدم أصحاب اليد الأخرى.

لا أظن أن أحدا يستطيع أن يدعى بأن الحكومة الحالية يمكن أن تمثل الرأس الذى ننشده. لأن خبرتنا خلال الأشهر التى مضت أقنعتنا بأنها لا حول لها ولا قوة. وإنما هى واجهة يحركها المجلس العسكرى كيفما يشاء أو يصدِّرها فيما لا يجب أن يتصدى له، لكى تنسب إليها الأخطاء وتبقى الإنجازات وحدها محسوبة له. وقد استقرت هذه السمعة، حتى إن أحدا لم يعد يراهن على الحكومة ورئاستها. أو يأخذ كلامها على محمل الجد. لهذا السبب أزعم أنه من الظلم أن يوجه كل اللوم إلى وزير الداخلية مثلا. بسبب انقضاض رجال الأمن المركزى على المعتصمين السلميين فى ميدان التحرير، أو استخدامهم العنف المفرط مع المتظاهرين الذى أسقط ذلك العدد الكبير من الضحايا. ذلك أنه ما كان للوزير أن يقدم على غارة باطشة من ذلك القبيل إلا بعد موافقة المجلس العسكرى إن لم يكن بتوجيه منه. ولا تسأل عن مجلس الوزراء أو رئيسه بطبيعة الحال.

ربما ظن البعض أن ثمة رموزا فى مصر ما برحت تطل على المجتمع من خلال وسائل الإعلام، ولابد أن بينهم أخيارا يمكن أن يشكلوا رأسا لذلك الجسم الحائر والمحبط. وهو رأى لا أختلف فى شقه الأول، لكنى أدعو إلى التفكير مَلِيًّا فى شقه الثانى. إذ لست أشك فى أن بين تلك الرموز أشخاصا مقدرين يعدون من الأخيار فى البلد. لكن الشرعية فى عالم السياسة لا يكتسبها المرء بمجرد حضوره القوى فى وسائل الإعلام، ولا تقاس بما يملكه الفرد من فصاحة فى التعبير أو قدرة على التمويل وإقامة المنصات واستجلاب الشاشات ومكبرات الصوت. لكن الشرعية تقاس بمقدار ما يمثله «الرمز» من حضور على الأرض، وليس فى الفضاء. لأن حجم ذلك الحضور هو الذى يحدد حجم الدور المنوط بالرمز فى المجال العام.

بناء على ذلك فإننا إذ نحترم الذين ترشحهم جماعاتهم أو يرشحون أنفسهم أو ترشحهم وسائل الإعلام للقيام بدور الرأس الذى يمثل المجتمع، فإن ذلك التمثيل يظل مجرحا ومطعونا فيه طالما لم يتح لنا أن نعرف أوزانهم الحقيقية فى الشارع. وإن كان بوسعهم أن يدعوا تمثيلا لأحزابهم أو جماعاتهم أو مجالسهم التى شكلوها من أصدقائهم ومعارفهم، فإن أحدا لا يستطيع أن يقول إن شعب مصر اختارهم بملء إرادته. بالتالى فمن حق أى مواطن مهجوس بالشرعية السياسية أن يسأل كل الذين يتزاحمون على الواجهات والمنصات: من أنتم، وبأى صفة تتحدثون باسم جماهير طالعت صوركم فى الفضاء ولم تمنحكم أصواتها؟

فى التجربة التونسية كان الصراع فى انتخابات الجمعية التأسيسية بين أكثر من مائة حزب ملأت الفضاء صخبا وضجيجا، وحين قال الشعب كلمته عبر صناديق الانتخابات تبين أن خمسة أحزاب فقط لها حضورها الحقيقى على الأرض، والباقون لم يكونوا أكثر من لافتات وحناجر عالية الصوت. وصار بوسع الأحزاب الخمسة أن تتكلم باعتبارها قوة سياسية فى البلد. أما فى مصر فنحن لا نعرف على وجه الدقة ما هى القوى السياسة وما هى الفرقعة السياسية. ولا سبيل إلى التفرقة بين الاثنين إلا عبر الانتخابات التى إذا تمت بحرية ونزاهة فإنها ستكون طوق النجاة ومخرجا من البلبلة الراهنة. ذلك أنها وحدها الصيغة الكفيلة بتحديد أوزان الجميع بما يمكننا من التفرقة بين الحقيقة والوهم فى الساحة السياسية ــ هل يمكن أن نقول بأن الخائفين من الانتخابات والساعين إلى تأجيلها دفعتهم إلى ذلك الرغبة فى عدم دخول ذلك الامتحان خشية الرسوب فيه؟

وفي السياق ذاته أعلن الرئيس الأميركي باراك أوباما للصحفيين الاثنين أن السواحل الشرقية ستظل تشعر بآثار "ايرين"، مؤكدا ان "الكثير من الأميركيين لا يزالون في خطر حقيقي بسبب حالات انقطاع التيار الكهربائي والفيضانات، التي من الممكن أن يتسع نطاقها في الأيام القادمة. دعا أوباما الرعايا الأميركيين الى التحلي بالصبر، مشيرا إلى أن "ازالة آثار الاعصار ستستغرق وقتا"، ورجح ان يتطلب ذلك "أسابيع أو أكثر".
بدورها قالت وزيرة الامن القومي جانيت نابوليتانو في تصريح صحفي، ان اتخاذ الاجراءات التحضيرية اللازمة، وحسن تنظيم أعمال الاغاثة، اتاحت منع سقوط عدد أكبر من الضحايا أو وقوع أضرار أكبر.
هذا وقد اعلنت  إدارة الطيران المدني الأميركية الاحد أن مطارات نيويورك الثلاثة الرئيسية التي جرى إغلاقها تحسبا من إعصار "ايرين"، ستعاود العمل بشكل طبيعي في 29 أغسطس. فمن المتوقع اعادة تشغيل مطاري جون كنيدي ونيويورك الدولييين في الساعة السادسة صباحا بتوقيت شرق الولايات المتحدة، كما سيفتح مطار لاجوارديا بعد ذلك بساعة، حسبما ذكرت وكالة "رويترز". ومع ذلك استبعدت الادارة استئناف الجدول الكامل لخدمة الطيران خلال الـ24 ساعة المقبلة.

دقت ساعة الحسم في ليبيا‮  ‬للتخلص من نظام العقيد معمر القذافي وتسارعت الأحداث بشكل كبير علي جبهة العاصمة طرابلس خلال ساعات وذكرت قناة العربية ان الثوار أُعلنوا سيطرتهم علي مقر المخابرات في طرابلس،‮ ‬كما انضم إليهم عدد من جنود الكتائب الأمنية التابعة للقذافي،‮ ‬وفرضوا معهم السيطرة علي مطار المدينة‮. ‬كما استولي الثوار علي‮ ‬غابة جدايم وهي منطقة استراتيجية علي بعد‮ ‬24‮ ‬كيلومترا‮ ‬غرب طرابلس بعد معارك دامية مع قوات القذافي اسفرت عن سقوط قتلي وجرحي‮. ‬وأكدت تقارير أن أربعة انفجارات عنيفة هزت فجر امس العاصمة الليبية التي شهدت عدة أحياء منها مواجهات عنيفة بين الثور والقوات الموالية للعقيد،‮ ‬في الوقت الذي كانت فيه طائرات تابعة لحلف الأطلنطي تحلق فوقها‮. ‬وقال احمد جبريل المتحدث باسم الثوار ان عملية جارية الان في طرابلس بمشاركة حلف الاطلنطي بهدف عزل العقيد الليبي حتي يستسلم او يرحل‮. ‬ونقلت قناة الجزيرة الفضائية عن مراسلها قوله ان المعارضة الليبية قتلت‮ ‬31‮ ‬من قوات القذافي وأسرت‮ ‬42‮ . ‬وقالت مراسلة لرويترز في فندق بوسط المدينة ان بامكانها سماع دوي اطلاق نار كل عدة دقائق تقريبا ودوي أسلحة ثقيلة من حين لاخر‮. ‬وقال ناشط من المعارضة في طرابلس ان القوات الموالية للقذافي وضعت قناصة علي أسطح المنازل المحيطة بباب العزيزية المجمع الذي يعيش فيه القذافي وأعلي برج للمياه‮. ‬وبث التلفزيون الحكومي رسالة علي الشاشة تحث السكان علي عدم السماح لمقاتلي المعارضة المسلحين بالاختباء فوق أسطح منازلهم.وقالت الرسالة ان العملاء وأعضاء تنظيم القاعدة يحاولون زعزعة استقرار المدينة وتخريبها‮. ‬وطلبت من السكان منعهم من استغلال منازلهم ومبانيهم ومواجهتهم والتعاون مع وحدات مكافحة الارهاب للقبض عليهم‮. ‬وقال مسئول في المعارضة ان المقاتلين ينتقلون الي الزاوية بحرا لتعزيز زملائهم الذين يزحفون علي طرابلس‮. ‬وقال عبد الحفيظ‮ ‬غوقة نائب رئيس المجلس الوطني الانتقالي الليبي ان ساعة الصفر بدأت وان المعارضين في طرابلس نهضوا‮.‬
من جانبه, رفض سيف الإسلام القذافي الاستسلام قائلا أن النظام الليبي‮ "‬لن يسلم ولن يرفع الراية البيضاء‮"‬،‮ ‬داعيا في الوقت نفسه المتمردين إلي الحوار.وفي خطاب بثه التليفزيون الليبي الرسمي صباح امس،‮ ‬قال سيف الإسلام أمام عشرات الشباب‮ "‬نفسنا طويل‮.. ‬نحن علي أرضنا وبلدنا‮.. ‬سنقاوم ستة أشهر،‮ ‬سنة،‮ ‬سنتين وسننتصر‮". ‬ووصف سيف الإسلام التقدم الميداني الذي يحققه الثوار الليبيون بأنه انتصار وهمي مكذبا كل الروايات التي تتحدث عن قرب سقوط العاصمة طرابلس في يد الثوار الذين أكدوا من جانبهم انطلاق عملية‮ "‬تحرير‮" ‬العاصمة بانتفاضة بدأت من داخلها وبتنسيق مع حلف الأطلنطي‮ (‬الناتو‮). ‬ودعا الرجل الثاني السابق في النظام الليبي عبد السلام جلود قبيلة القذافي الي‮ "‬التبرؤ من هذا الطاغية‮". ‬واضاف ان‮ "‬الحلقة ضاقت علي القذافي واذا كان في طرابلس فانه من الصعب عليه ان يخرج لان كل الطرق يسيطر عليها الثوار‮".‬ووصف القذافي بانه‮" ‬شخصية مزاجية ومريضة لا يمكن تقييمها‮".‬

اسرار اللقاء العاصف الذى جمع بين مبارك والمشير حسين طنطاوى

كشف مصطفى بكرى عن اسرار اللقاء العاصف الذى جمع بين الرئيس المحلوع حسني مبارك والمشير حسين طنطاوى القائد العام رئيس المجلس الأعلى للقوات المسلحة، والفريق سامى عنان رئيس أركان حرب القوات المسلحة، نائب رئيس المجلس الأعلى للقوات المسلحة مساء الثلاثاء الأول من فبراير بحضور اللواء عمر سليمان نائب رئيس الجمهورية السابق والفريق أحمد شفيق رئيس مجلس الوزراء السابق.

وقال بكرى فى برنامج "الحياة الآن" الذى أذيع على قناة (الحياة 2 ) أمس الجمعة إن مبارك عاتب المشير طنطاوى ورئيس الأركان عنان بشدة على البيان الأول الذى أصدره المجلس الأعلى للقوات المسلحة والذى أكد فيه أن الجيش سوف يحمى المتظاهرين، وأنه يتفهم المطالب المشروعة لهم، وقال مبارك "هذا الموقف اتخذ من وراء ظهرى" وانه ماكان أن يصدر عن المجلس الأعلى للقوات المسلحة غير أن المشير شدد على أن القوات المسلحة لن تطلق الرصاص أبداً على المتظاهرين وسوف تحميهم من أى اعتداءات عليهم.

وأشار بكرى فى الحوار إلى أن المشير طنطاوى أصر على تنحى مبارك حرصاً على مصلحة وسلامة البلاد، واستجابة لمطالب المتظاهرين، وأشار بكرى إلى أن الرئيس مبارك كان أول من غادر القصر الجمهورى ظهر 11 فبراير ثم تلاه نجله علاء وزوجته، وسافرا فى حوالى الثالثة ظهراً، غير أن سوزان مبارك ونجلها جمال رفضا المغادرة، إلا أن الجيش وجه لهم إنذارا بالمغادرة قبل السادسة مساء وبعدها تلى عمر سليمان قرار التنحى.

وشدد بكرى فى الحوار على رفضه توجيه أى إهانات أو هتافات ضد الجيش المصرى مشيراً إلى أن الجيش حمى الثورة وكان وراء نجاحها بفضل موقف المجلس الأعلى للقوات المسلحة

وكان بكرى قد ناشد المتظاهرين فى خطاب له بميدان التحرير ظهر الجمعة الحرص على وحدة الشعب المصرى والجيش لمواجهة مخطط الفوضى والتآمر على البلاد واستقرارها

Ballygally Castle Hotel:يقع الفندق في أيرلندا الشمالية، وفيه تعرضت امرأة لعنف على يد زوجها عندما أرادت الفرار منه، فلم تستطع لتلقي نفسها من النافذة، يقوم شبح هذه السيدة بطرق الباب على الزوار ليلا ثم تختفي.

The Sagamore Hotel:هو فندق على أعلى مستوي من الجودة والخدمة يقع في نيويورك بين جبال "أديرونداك"، أما قصص الأشباح فيه فحدث بلا حرج، البعض يؤكد مشاهدتهم لروحين لزوجين يقوما بنزول الدرج ثم يجلسا في بهو الفندق. أما طباخ الفندق فيروي، أنه ذات مرة دخلت عليه سيدة طويلة القامة تلبس زيا أبيض، على الرغم أن الباب كان مغلقا بإحكام، وأخذت تتحدث معه بلغة غريبة ثم مرت من جسمه، فلم يتردد الطباخ في تقديم استقالته في اليوم التالي مباشرة. وأسعار الغرف تبدأ من 280 دولارا في الليلة.
