Djokovic faces Nadal won London

إيران تبدأ ضخ الوقود النووي في مفاعل بوشهر

اعلن التلفزيون الايراني ان ايران بدأت الثلاثاء في ضخ الوقود النووي في قلب مفاعل بوشهر.

وقد بدأ مهندسون ايرانيون وروس في نقل الوقود الى الجزء الرئيسي من بناية المفاعل في اغسطس/ آب الماضي، الا ان العمل علق وتأجل.
وستتولى روسيا تشغيل المفاعل، الواقع جنوبي البلاد، كما انها ستزوده بالوقود النووي وتتولى ايضا عملية التخلص من النفايات النووية المتخلفة منه.
وتأمل طهران ان يبدأ المفاعل بإنتاج الطاقة الكهربائية مطلع العام المقبل، بعد سنوات من التأجيل.

احتفالات بايران لبدء ضخ الوقود بالمفاعل

وكان مهندسون ألمان قد بدأوا العمل في بناء المفاعل الايراني في عام 1975، الا ان المشروع تعرض للعديد من العراقيل والصعوبات، لكن الروس اكملوا المهمة.
وقال النائب الايراني علاء الدين بوروجردي ان تشغيل المفاعل سيظهر ان الغرب على خطأ في اتهامه ايران بالسعي لانتاج سلاح نووي.
وترى الولايات المتحدة وحلفاؤها ان تزويد روسيا مفاعل بوشهر بالوقود يعني ان ايران لا تحتاج لتخصيب اليورانيوم بنفسها، وهو الجزء في البرنامج النووي الايراني الذي يقلق الغرب.
وقال مسؤولون ايرانيون ان المفاعل، الذي تصل قدرته إلى نحو الف ميجاوات من الطاقة، سيبدأ انتاج الطاقة متأخرا عدة أشهر بعد انتشار فيروس خاص بأجهزة الكمبيوتر على النطاق العالمي يعتقد ان ايران اكثر المتضررين منه.
ويقول خبراء ان تشغيل المفاعل، الذي تكلف قرابة مليار دولار، لن يقرب ايران من صنع قنبلة نووية، لان روسيا ستزودها باليورانيوم المخصب اللازم للمفاعل، وستأخذ الوقود المستنفد الذي يمكن استخدامه في صنع البلوتونيوم من الدرجة الصالحة لصنع أسلحة نووية.
عقوبات
تزامن ذلك مع الموافقة النهائية لوزراء الخارجية في الاتحاد الاوروبي على تشديد العقوبات على إيران والتي سبق وأقرت مبدئيا في يوليو/ تموز الماضي وتستهدف خصوصا قطاع الطاقة والمصارف والشحن.
ويقول الاتحاد الأوروبي إن هذه التدابير تهدف لمواصلة الضغط على النظام الايراني لكي يعتمد الشفافية بشأن برنامجه النووي المثير للجدل.
وكان مجلس الامن تبنى في التاسع من يونيو/ حزيران الماضي قرارا جديدا يشدد العقوبات الدولية على ايران.
لكن في الوقت نفسه تبقي الدول الكبرى المكلفة مناقشة البرنامج النووي الايراني، وهي الولايات المتحدة، وروسيا، والصين، وبريطانيا، وفرنسا والمانيا، على سياسة اليد الممدودة مع طهران.

وتمارس ضغوط دولية مكثفة، وعلى الاخص اميركية، على رئيس الوزراء الاسرائيلي بنيامين نتانياهو لكي يصدر تجميدا جديدا للبناء في مستوطنات الضفة الغربية  بعد انتهاء التجميد الجزئي الاول لمدة عشرة اشهر في 26 ايلول/سبتمبر الماضي.

وقد حذر الرئيس الفلسطيني محمود عباس من انه لن يواصل مفاوضات السلام المباشرة مع اسرائيل التي بدات في 2 ايلول/سبتمبر في واشنطن، اذا لم يستجب نتانياهو لهذا المطلب. وقد اقرت الجامعة العربية الجمعة موقف عباس لكنها امهلت الولايات المتحدة شهرا لاقناع إسرائيل.
