البرادعي: مصر في فوضى عارمة وخسارة مرسي قد تزيد منها

اعتبر المدير التنفيذي السابق للوكالة الدولية للطاقة الذرية، الدكتور محمد البرادعي، أن مصر تعيش حالة فوضى شاملة، معرباً عن قلقه من اندلاع أعمال عنف واسعة، في حال إعلان خسارة مرشح جماعة "الإخوان المسلمين"، الدكتور محمد مرسي، بخلاف إذا ما تم إعلان خسارة الفريق أحمد شفيق، الذي رجح بألا يفجر أنصاره غضبهم في الشارع. 
وقال السياسي المصري المعروف والحائز على جائزة نوبل للسلام، إنه على اتصال بقيادة المجلس الأعلى للقوات المسلحة، وبسائر الأطراف السياسية، بما فيها جماعة الإخوان المسلمين، وكذلك أجهزة الاستخبارات، في محاولة لتجنب التصعيد، وللحد من التأزم السياسي الحاصل.

وفيما وصف البرادعي، الذي كان ضمن أول من أعلنوا عن رغبتهم في الترشح للانتخابات الرئاسية، قبل أن ينسحب بشكل مفاجئ، الحالة الراهنة في مصر بأنها "فوضى بنسبة مائة في المائة"، وحذر من أنه في حال إعلان فوز شفيق بمنصب الرئاسة، "فقد نواجه حالة من العنف وعدم الاستقرار".

أما في حال إعلان فوز مرسي، فذكر البرادعي أنه من غير المرجح أن يلجأ أنصار الفريق شفيق، آخر رئيس للوزراء في نظام الرئيس السابق، حسني مبارك، إلى العنف في الشارع.

تزامنت تصريحات البرادعي مع تواصل الاحتجاجات في ميدان التحرير، بوسط العاصمة المصرية القاهرة، حيث توافد عشرات الآلاف على الميدان امس الجمعة، للمشاركة في مليونية "عودة الشرعية"، للمطالبة بإلغاء الإعلان الدستوري المكمل، وعودة مجلس الشعب للانعقاد، رغم قرار المحكمة الدستورية العليا ببطلانه.

وأعلن حزب "الحرية والعدالة"، الذراع السياسية للجماعة، والذي يترأسه مرسي، في بيان تلقت "سي.ان.ان" نسخة منه، عن "مشاركته الشعب المصري، وقواه السياسية والثورية، في جميع الفعاليات الجماهيرية، حتى تحقق مطالبه

وأعلن حزب "الحرية والعدالة"، الذراع السياسية للجماعة، والذي يترأسه مرسي، في بيان تلقت "سي.ان.ان" نسخة منه، عن "مشاركته الشعب المصري، وقواه السياسية والثورية، في جميع الفعاليات الجماهيرية، حتى تحقق مطالبه".

حزب "الحرية والعدالة" يطالب بعودة "مجلس الشعب المنتخب" للانعقاد

وقال الحزب إنه سيشارك تحت شعار "في الميدان حتى عودة البرلمان"، لتحقيق عدد من الأهداف. ومن تلك الأهداف، التي يطالب بها الحزب، عودة "مجلس الشعب المنتخب" للانعقاد، حتى يقوم بواجباته التشريعية والرقابية، وإلغاء الإعلان الدستوري، وإلغاء قرار منح حق الضبطية القضائية للشرطة العسكرية والمخابرات الحربية، واستمرار عمل "الجمعية التأسيسية المنتخبة"، للقيام بمهمتها في إعداد مشروع الدستور الجديد، وعدم السماح لتعطيل أعمال الجمعية، أو إنشاء جمعية أخرى، لا تستند لشرعية استفتاء مارس/ آذار 2011.

إلى ذلك، وجه المجلس الأعلى للقوات المسلحة، الذي يدير شؤون السلطة في مصر، تحذيراً من إثارة الفوضى خلال "المرحلة الحرجة" التي تمر بها البلاد، كما حذر من عواقب الامتناع عن تنفيذ أحكام القضاء، في الوقت الذي يشهد فيه ميدان التحرير، بوسط العاصمة القاهرة، مظاهرة مليونية دعت إليها عدد من الأحزاب والقوى السياسية، تحت شعار "عودة الشرعية".

وأكد المجلس العسكري، في بيان أذاعه التلفزيون الرسمي ظهر امس الجمعة، على عدد من "الثوابت"، وفي مقدمتها أن "سيادة القانون أساس الحكم في الدولة"، وشدد على أن الدولة تخضع للقانون، وأن "استقلال القضاء وحصانته، ضمانان أساسيان لحماية الحقوق والحريات"، لافتاً إلى أن "الأحكام التي تصدر عن القضاء، تنفذ باسم الشعب، ويكون الامتناع عن تنفيذها، أو تعطيل تنفيذها، جريمة يعاقب عليها القانون".

ك.مونيتور: أبوالفتوح الأقرب للرئاسة

رأت صحيفة "كريستيان ساينس مونيتور" الامريكية ان الدكتور "عبدالمنعم ابوالفتوح" أصبح المرشح الأوفر حظاً فى الفوز فى انتخابات الرئاسة فى مصر.
وقالت الصحيفة إن أبو الفتوح الذى يعكس التنوع الاسلامى فى سباق الرئاسة، يتربع حاليا على قائمة المرشحين الثلاثة عشر قبل اقل من اسبوع من الانتخابات المقررة الاربعاء المقبل. واشارت الى انه ليس غريبا ولا مفاجئا ان يكون الرئيس القادم لمصر اسلاميا، ولكن الغريب والمفاجئ انه ليس مرشح جماعة الاخوان المسلمين التى تستحوذ على ما يقرب من 50% من مقاعد البرلمان، وتعتبر القوة الاكثر تنظيما على الساحة السياسية فى فترة ما بعد الثورة .واضافت الصحيفة ان "ابو الفتوح" الذى انشق عن جماعة الاخوان المسلمين العام الماضى بسبب رغبته فى خوض انتخابات الرئاسة ، اصبح اقرب المرشحين لدخول جولة الاعادة فى الانتخابات ، بعد ان ظن كثيرون العام الماضى ان تاريخ الرجل السياسى انتهى بخروجه من جماعة الاخوان المسلمين . وقالت الصحيفة انه بعد  ان ظلت جماعة الاخوان المسلمين لعقود طويلة ، الممثل الرئيسى لاسلام السياسى فى مصر  ، تواجه حاليا اكبر واخطر تحدى  لهذا الدور .
ورغم ان الجماعة تعيش حاليا ازهى عصورها واقوى فتراتها فى تاريخها الذى يمتد 84 عاما ، الا ان "ابو الفتوح" يعتبر اكبر تحدى على الاطلاق لهيمنة الاخوان المسلمين ، بعد ان كشفت الثورة حالة الانقسام داخل الجماعة وفتحت المجال للاسلاميين من خارج الجماعة للبزوغ.
واشارت الى انه رغم مخاوف الغرب من التنامى المتزايد للقوة الاسلامية فى مصر فى مرحلة ما بعد مبارك، الا ان ترشح "ابو الفتوح"  كشف الى حد بعيد مدى عدم التجانس  بين الاطياف الاسلامية المختلفة ، كما انه اكد وجود تنافس ديمقراطى وتنوع بين هذه الاطياف . ونقلت الصحيفة عن "عمر عاشور " الزميل الزائر فى مركز "بروكنجس الدوحة" للدراسات السياسية قوله :" ان الاخوان المسلمين لم تكن على الاطلاق القوة الوحيدة فى الاسلام السياسى فى مصر ، ولكنها كانت القوة المهيمنة ، وحاليا تواجه اكبر واخطر تحدى لتلك الهيمنة ، فمن جانب تواجه  الاسلاميين المحافظين ممثلين فى حزب النور السلفى والدعوة السلقية وجماعة الجهاد الاسلامى السابقة والناشطين السلفيين الشباب المستقلين ، ومن الجانب الاخر تواجه "عبد المنعم ابو الفتوح" وغيره من اعضاء الاخوان المنشقين الذين يمثلون الاسلام المعتدل ويشقون طريقهم فى مرحلة ما بعد الثورة . ومن هؤلاء الدكتور "محمد عفان" مؤسس حزب التيار المصرى المعتدل المنشق عن الاخوان ويدعم ابو الفتوح.
ويقول "عفان" :" انه كثير ما طالب قبل الثورة قيادات الجماعة بالاصلاحات ، الا ان الردود كانت دائما بالاعتذار بزعم القمع الذى كان يمارسه نظام "مبارك" وان القضية "أمنية" . ولكن بعد الثورة اتضحت الامور بأن الاعذار كانت مجرد اعذار. واكد "عفان" ان هناك خلافات جوهرية بين اعضاء الجماعة ، مشيرا الى ان الجماعة اسست حزبا سياسيا وتمنع الاعضاء من الانضمام لأى حزب آخر، وقال انه يعترض على استخدام الدين فى السياسة ، ورؤية الجماعة لتطبيق الشريعة الاسلامية .
وقالت الصحيفة ان العديد من اعضاء الجماعة الشباب تركوا الجماعة بعد ان يئسوا من المطالبات بالديمقراطية الداخلية ، واضطروا لتأسيس احزاب جديدة او دعم مرشحين مثل "ابو الفتوح" . واضافت ان العديد من قادة الجماعة كانوا يدعمون ترشيح "ابو الفتوح" قبل ان تعلن الجماعة الدفع بمرشح لها فى انتخابات الرئاسة وهو الدكتور "محمد مرسى" المنافس القوى فى السباق ، الا ان "ابو الفتوح" لا زال يحظى بدعم العديد من شباب الاخوان ، الى جانب الدعم الذى يحصل عليه من السلفيين بمختلف اتجاهاتهم، والذين يرون فى دعم "ابو الفتوح" انه السبيل الوحيد للحد من نفوذ وهيمنة الاخوان .
واشارت الصحيفة الى ان السلفيين الذين برزو كقوة سياسية كبيرة فى الانتخابات البرلمانية ، اصبحوا يمثلون تهديدا كبيرا للاخوان ، حيث ان الجماعة استهانت بقوة السلفيين، ولم تكن جاهزة لمواجهة هذا التحدى الناشئ.
وبعد ان وجد الاخوان ان التيار السلفى يدعم "ابو الفتوح "، بدأوا يتحدثون خلال حملات "مرسى" الانتخابية عن العودة الى الاصول الاسلامية وتطبيق الشريعة ، كمحاولة لاستمالة الناخبين السلفيين الذين يميلون بطبعهم للتشدد. وبدلا من الحديث عن ملفات الامن والاقتصاد والتعليم والصحة ، كما يركز معظم المرشحين، ركز مؤتمر "محمد مرسى" الذى اقيم مؤخرا عند جامعة القاهرة على ان "مرسى" هو المرشح الاسلامى الوحيد الذى سيطبق الشريعة
