Cairo hotels free of tourists

The newspaper "Wall Street Journal" today that the U.S. luxury hotel overlooking the Nile became free of foreign tourists.

The newspaper says that the tourism sector is a major component of the Egyptian economy has suffered from a severe recession in the month of July with the outbreak of demonstrations.
And noted that tourism revenues dropped by almost half to about 459 U.S. dollars compared to the same period last year, according to statistics from the Egyptian Ministry of Tourism.
The agency paper says that the majority of observers of the Egyptian believe that Egypt has suffered from the recession in the month of August, as it suffered in the month of July, if not the worst, with the imposition of curfew in many areas of the country.
