Chancellor announced Hossam Ghariani, the President of the Constituent Assembly, it will present the new draft constitution to President Mohamed Morsi, Saturday, in preparation for inviting people to a referendum.
Ghariani asked the members of the Constituent Assembly mandate left the preamble to the Constitution, where it was more of the preamble of the Assembly, so it will integration into and out of the preamble contains summaries of all these preambles.
He also pointed out that it will address the Ministry of Culture for the printing of the Constitution and its preamble and discussed drafts in a booklet distributed free of charge or for a nominal fee, to contribute to the awareness of the new constitution by referendum.
